Our West Wales holiday cottage is in Aberporth on Cardigan Bay, West Wales. Set on the hill that leads to Aberporth's beautiful sandy beaches just 400m away, on a quiet lane and with stunning sea views from almost every room. The Wales Coast Path is on the doorstep and the Ship Inn pub overlooking the bigger beach (Dyffryn) is within walking distance. See the location on a map here.
In 2018 we completely refurbished this 1800’s former fisherman’s cottage to make the most of its coastal location and beautiful sea views from almost every room.
A cosy & welcoming self-catering holiday cottage in Aberporth with a wood-burning stove beautiful views across Cardigan Bay. The private patio area with barbecue & chimnea is the perfect spot to relax and take in the views with your morning cuppa, or with a nice glass of wine after a day of exploring.

GROUND FLOOR
From the front door you enter the porch with space to leave your shoes & beach bags after a day of adventures.
This leads to the bright & airy shaker style kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your meals. Built-in single electric oven & ceramic hob, under counter fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, microwave, DAB radio & all the essentials.
The ground floor bathroom has a huge walk-in shower, toilet & basin.
From the dining room you can enjoy sea views from the window seat while you enjoy a cuppa or a nice glass of wine. Open-up the door leading onto your private patio area & rustle-up your dinner on the built-in BBQ outside. Large oak dining table with seating for six & the stairway leading to the upstairs bedrooms.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind & get cosy after a busy day of exploring. Beautiful sea views from the window seat & a wood-burning stove. One sofa & one armchair to snuggle into. 42” Smart TV with Freeview channels and Netflix enabled.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1. Two single beds (each 3'0" wide) or one big super king bed (6'0" wide) with stunning sea and village views.
Bedroom 2. Double bed (4'6" wide) and beautiful village & sea views from each window.
OUTSIDE
A private patio area with access from the dining room with a table & bench seating for four people.
Large, built-in barbecue and stunning sea views.

Private driveway parking directly outside the cottage for one to two cars (dependent on car size)

“Really lovely cottage in a great location to explore this beautiful part of Wales. Walking distance to the beach and all the amenities of Aberporth. Also a short walk to the coastal path which has a fantastic buggy friendly section. Very enjoyable stay!”

Our second stay in this lovely location. The cottage was immaculately clean and very tastefully furnished. Outside, we enjoyed the lovely terrace which has a bbq & chiminea. Glorious views from the property- such a tranquil place, we loved it! Kelley very prompt responding to any questions- we would highly recommend this cottage for a perfect holiday.
